The CHC team focuses on the development and marketing of health-promoting products for end consumers. The task includes the processing of deviations, change controls, complaints, communication to Contract Manufacturing Organizations/Affiliates worldwide and much more in order to achieve optimal quality of our products and to be able to offer patients high-quality medicines.
The aim is to offer innovative solutions that meet the needs of consumers and improve their quality of life. By working closely with marketing, sales and many other departments, the team ensures that the products are brought to market effectively and close to the customer.
During your six-month internship in Compliance and Quality Assurance, you will gain interdisciplinary experience in a leading pharmaceutical company.
You will work in an international team of pharmacists and natural scientists together with other departments to optimize processes and ensure the professional supply of medicines to the population.

Main responsibilities:
1. Support in operational quality assurance tasks such as assessing transportation conditions and ensuring market release of medicinal products according to AMG, AMWHV and EU GDP guidelines.
2. Working in a GxP compliant environment.
3. Supporting the management of quality deviations, risk management activities and change controls.
4. Digitization and simplification of quality processes in line with GDP guidelines for the market launch of medicinal products
5. Communication with various functions within Sanofi/Opella and collaboration with CMO´s
6. Management of controlled documents (QA manual, SOPs etc.)
7. Experience : Basic knowledge of quality assurance, AMG, AMWHV, as well as European GMP & GDP guidelines
8. Soft and technical skills : Passion for innovation, digitalization and AI technology change. Reliable and accurate handling of GxP requirements. Structured way of working with a high degree of initiative and motivation. Confident knowledge of MS Office products as well as a strong communicator and team player
9. Education : Successful completion of the 2nd state examination in pharmacy Alternatively: Master's student of medicine, bioengineering, biomedical sciences, molecular medicine or similar degree programs
10. Languages : You have very good communication skills in written and spoken German and English
