What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Loyalty and Growth Manager to join our Customer Experience department. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and growth of our customer base.
1. Manage the renewal process for assigned customers within the 90-day renewal window, ensuring seamless continuation of services
2. Identify opportunities to sell additional features and connections (upsells) to existing customers, enhancing their experience and our revenue
3. Focus on upgrading customers from legacy licenses to our current offerings, ensuring they benefit from the latest features and services
4. Streamline customer management by consolidating multiple individual licenses into a single, manageable license when opportunities arise
5. Aim to reduce customer churn and increase retention, employing strategies that contribute to the overall goal of the Customer Loyalty and Growth team
6. Conduct product demos and provide comprehensive support to customers during the renewal process, addressing any questions or concerns
7. In cases where customers decide to churn at the end of their renewal period, gather detailed feedback to understand their reasons and inform future retention strategies
Basic Qualifications:
8. Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
9. 1-3 years of experiences in CSM/Account management
10. Experience selling 3-year deals, preferably SaaS
11. Proficient knowledge of business administration, negotiation, and retention skills
12. Experience leading demos with customers
13. Passion and understanding for technology (Cloud Services & SaaS Solutions), CRM, and business (process) analysis
14. Creative and empathic, with great communication skills
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are mandatory, any other languages like French, Dutch, Italian or Spanish are a plus

16. Experience working under quotas and KPI’s
17. Organized and structured with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
18. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
