Missions
* Managing, monitoring, and coordinating projects;
* Conducting specific studies related to the evaluation of the education system;
* Contributing to the development of national and international education statistics publications, including data collection, processing, and organization;
* Proposing and negotiating resources (human, financial, timelines, materials, etc.);
* Overseeing project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints;
* Preparing reports on project status and developments;
* Conceptualizing and presenting projects both internally and externally;
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders and experts;
* Gathering client feedback on statistical products and identifying potential needs through meetings and interviews.
Profil
Compétences techniques
* Strong knowledge and experience in project management and organization;
* Hold a bachelor's degree, and have a strong interest in statistics and the field of education;
* Ability to evaluate and optimize the time and resources required for different project phases;
* Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks;
* Excellent writing skills, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities;
* Proficiency in office software and data management tools;
* Ability to analyse data effectively and critically evaluate information constitutes an asset;
* Familiarity with research methodologies and policy/program analysis is a plus.

Diplômes
Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un bachelor et un fort intérêt pour les statistiques et le domaine de l'éducation ou de son équivalent.
Expérience
Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le domaine.
Langues
Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe d'indemnité A2.
Nationalité
Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
