Your mission
* Oversight of compound processes, transportation, spot business organization, and other logistics services
* Implementing countermeasures and identifying operational capacity when needed
* Preparation of statistics, KPIs, damage reports, and ensuring accuracy in invoice checking
* Conducting market research and providing operational support
* Responding to customer requirements to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
* Coordination of contract draft reviews
* Organizing the preparation of relevant checklists for Business Analysis, Accounting, and Tax teams
* Management of final contracts, including digital and physical archiving
* Coordination of RFA (Request for Approval) preparation
* Verbal reporting to stakeholders and management
* Preparing periodic and summary reports, along with presentations
* Exchanging information internally and with business partners
* Aligning actions and providing operational support internally and business partners
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, with a preference for contracting experience
* Strong problem-solving, service-oriented mindset with excellent planning and organizational skills
* Ability to make prompt judgments and take action as required
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills
* Fluency in English and at least one Eastern European language (such as Polish, Slovak, Czech, or Hungarian). German is a plus.
