Job Description
1. Creating and publishing job postings on various platforms.
2. Actively searching for and approaching potential candidates.
3. Conducting job interviews and phone screenings.
4. Managing and maintaining the applicant database (SmartRecruiter).
5. Collaborating with departments to clarify job requirements.
6. Conducting candidate selection processes and, if necessary, assessment centers.
7. Supporting candidates throughout the entire application process.
8. Preparing job offers.
9. Utilizing and maintaining social media channels for recruiting.
10. Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations in the application process.
11. Supporting employer branding initiatives.
The position can be performed at the Hanover and Karben locations
Qualifications
12. Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
13. Several years of experience in recruiting or a similar position.
14. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
15. Experience with applicant management systems and social media platforms.
16. Knowledge in conducting job interviews and selection processes.
17. Knowledge of labor law and data protection is an advantage.
18. Proficient in MS Office applications.
19. Good English and German language skills (written and spoken).
20. High level of initiative and teamwork skills.
