The KAM will contribute to the growth of Nextlane with its portfolio of OEM customers in DACH region. Through his/her actions, he/she contributes to the notoriety of the company and its commercial development with its portfolio of OEM customers. You will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key OEMs, ensuring their satisfaction, acting as a trusted partner and generating new business. If you have passion for technology, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build client trust, we would love to hear from you Your responsibilities : As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for : Main missions Client Relationship Management: Key contact of the main clients for all topics, allowing a strong and clear communication channel. Account Growth : Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling of products, in collaboration with local and corporate sales teams. Client Success: Develop a relationship with the clients (decision-makers, influencers, sponsors) in the relevant departments and functions, to position Nextlane as a preferred partner. Project Oversight: Ensure the promotion and positioning of the entire suite of solutions present at Nextlane (DOS, DMS, DDS, Nextlane Platform). Reporting & Analysis: Analyze the customer’s needs in collaboration with the CSM, Specialists, Marketing, Product teams, and Operations teams to propose appropriate solutions. Track account performance, and present results to both clients and company. Strategic Planning: Participate in the definition of the company’s commercial strategy for the customer accounts. Establishing an account plan and a strategy as a leader. Also establish and execute the sales strategy and monitor progress. Results: Ensure the achievement of sales growth objectives. Contract Negotiation: Lead main commercial negotiations. Main interfaces with other teams / departments Part of a current team of 7 people in Europe Working closely with the sales team and the marketing department Work in coordination with the sales teams in charge of dealers, DDS and DOS Central orchestrator for all internal resources
