* Team Leadership and Development: Lead and grow a team of approximately 20 talents across Inside Sales, Sales, Account Management, Partner Management, and Customer Success.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with national and international key accounts and strategic partners.
* Performance Management: Ensure the achievement of targets through KPI-driven performance monitoring and regular reporting.
* Process and Efficiency Optimization: Streamline sales processes and structures, including the introduction of digital tools to enhance efficiency.
* Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market dynamics to identify and seize new opportunities.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

* Proven B2B Sales Expertise: Demonstrable success in international B2B sales, preferably in the technology or platform sector; experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
