Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Working Student you will support our global teams by enhancing customer data quality and identifying new growth opportunities. You will work on key initiatives within our global expansion program, assisting with target account mapping, data enrichment and strategic verticalization efforts. If you are passionate about not only supporting new business opportunities, but also customer-centered work and starting your career in sales, you've come to the right place:
* You will identify high-potential foreign subsidiaries of existing customers for expansion opportunities and populate Salesforce records with finance personas to facilitate outreach by sales teams
* You will collaborate with local marketing teams to clean up campaign data and enrich records with critical contact information such as phone numbers, job titles and email addresses.
* You will increase data coverage by adding 3-5 key finance personas to target accounts with incomplete contact information
* You will enhance referenceability of our Customer Analytics platform by adding essential account information (ecosystem, functional scope, rating) to Salesforce
Your Profile
* You are currently enrolled in a Business, Finance or Marketing program at a university or business school
* You have a strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills
* You are already familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
* You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones
* You are interested in SaaS, business development and marketing analytics
* You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
