Guided by mentors, coaches, and team members, GEC participants receive strong support, preparing them for future roles
within their current team or a different function, division, or location upon the successful completion of the 18-months GEC program.
This role presents a unique opportunity in Bad Säckingen, Germany.
Your will report to the Team Leader Contracts/IMS, who is reporting directly to the President Foodservice Systems EMEA.
Additionally, your will collaborate with other Project Managers in the team. The entire team is going to support you on your journey.

Your tasks
Be the lead and driver of a set of various HSE initiatives with the main objective of aligning the local safety and sustainability measurs to the global goals and ambitions as well as local law.
Among these initiatives you will:
1. Implement safety standards
2. Support Sustainability topics
In order to do the above, you will:
3. Prepare a project plan with clear goals for each initiative / sub-project
4. Share best practices with other local HSE responsibles from our locations around the world following our value “We win together”!
5. Have support from your supervisor
Requirements
6. You have completed your Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or HSE and gained your first working experience (max 2 years)
7. Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, other languages are an asset
8. You demonstrate genuine interest in our business and are eager to discover and learn about different functions and roles within Franke
9. You can manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
10. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
11. You are a team player and an agile learner
12. You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone
13. Excited about being part of a global team and turning your ideas into action
