Overall Objectives
* As a link and voice between sales and the departments, you will ensure a smooth flow of information while representing the interests of your team.
* You will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the sales team by organizing workflows, managing team resources and distribute clients.
* You will keep team members updated on matters concerning the team.
* Furthermore, you will take care of onboarding of new colleagues in the SPC team.
* You will report to the Director Fragrances German Area.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan and organization of the SPC Team Baierbrunn and portfolio together with the Area Director
* Complete project entry incl. commercial data technical data and norms into systems
* Use smart submission tool for smaller projects
* keep timings for sampling, offer documents
* Take care of correct documentation according to given client packages
* Communicate prices and registration
* Initiate and follow-up client and internal samplings
* Communicate details to clients in the above context
* Contribute to the growth of business of local clients together with the respective Account manager
* Implement decided commercial measures such as price increases
* Take care of Project Pipeline Management together with the respective Account Manager
Required Skills
* Fluent English and German
* Commercial Apprenticeship
* Several years of professional experience in the commercial area
* IT: office package and system skills
