The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts, contract personnel, client relationships, and assisting with corporate growth. This role will collaborate with the VP of Delivery to identify resource requirements and best implementation practices. Applicants must be located near Lakenheath or Ramstein. Supervisory Responsibilities: Identifies resource requirements necessary to meet contract requirement Directs the work of lower-level Account Managers assigned to support their portfolio Trains newly hired Account Managers Duties/Responsibilities: Works with VP of Delivery and Human Resource (HR) Manager on contract and personnel concerns. Advises VP of Delivery on portfolio resource requirements and strategies for improvement. Maintains a cadence of communicating with customers and partners to ensure client satisfaction and to promote ongoing contract renewal. Directs and manages allocated resources. Responsible for portfolio growth of manpower and market space, this may include: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding contract staff Reporting customer future needs to the Director of Delivery Developing relationships with industry partners for new opportunities Responsible for management, monitoring and responding to the day-to-day needs of the employee and customer; to include monitoring time and activity of contract personnel. Creates action plans to correct any issues identified to create a sustainable operation. Respond to service requests, inquiries and concerns promptly and graciously, with a client-centered mentality and appropriate discretion, as needed, partner with HR Manager for employee coaching or termination. Communicate issues or client process changes to VP of Delivery Maintain regular employee management and follow up with documented conversations for engagement and purposeful reporting Responsible for maintaining information on their assigned Region. This could span across multiple customer types (e.g. Army, USDA, AF, etc.) Travel to customer sites as necessary for effective Customer Relationship Management Additional duties as assigned Decypher reserves the right to update, modify and change the job description to meet the demands and needs of the organization and their customer(s). Required Skills/Abilities: Bachelor's degree; alternatively Associate�s degree plus 3 additional years of experience. 8 years of experience in a similar position (healthcare industry preferred) Experience with payroll, billing, staffing, or similar Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as exemplary interpersonal relations Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills Familiarity with labor and employment laws (preferred) Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
