As Head of Growth Marketing (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth through demand gen, digital marketing and partner marketing. You will lead your team to collaborate with other stakeholders from Marketing, Sales and Partner Management to create and execute demand generation and demand capturing programmes to maximize our overall revenue growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic growth marketing team.
Whether you work at our campus or remotely, you will be an inherent part of the team. Therefore, we are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing (m/f/d) all over Europe as part of a parental leave period!
* Strategic Growth Leadership: You develop and drive the execution of our comprehensive growth marketing strategy, integrating digital marketing, content creation, events, and targeted campaigns to consistently contribute to our revenue pipeline, ensuring strategic impact.
* Data-Driven Insights: You provide senior management with actionable insights based on data-driven assessments of demand generation and partner marketing performance, shaping future strategic initiatives and driving the company's growth.
* Cultivate a Data-Driven Culture: You foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing and partner teams, utilizing analytics to guide strategic choices and measure performance, directly influencing our success.
* Team Leadership & Strategic Innovation: You lead your team to adapt strategies, stay ahead of industry trends, and embrace innovation, ensuring our competitive edge and strategic impact in the evolving digital landscape.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: You collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to align growth marketing efforts with our business goals, driving strategic synergy and market leadership.
This is what you'll bring to the table:
* You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, business or an equivalent qualification. A Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage, but not a must.
* You have at least five years of well-founded experience in conceiving and implementing comprehensive and performance-driven marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment in the software or IT sector.
* Furthermore, you have at least five years of experience in leading ambitious teams.
* You persuade with your strong data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on strategic impact.
* You have exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
* You impress with your structured working methods and your strong analytical skills and know how to adapt dynamically and flexibly to changing requirements.
* You are an extremely talented communicator and enjoy working in a team.
* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English. Further language skills like Dutch or Italian are an advantage.
