We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support the development of of Re Uz in Germany (11Millions € of sales turn over)
Main duties :
Under the supervision of the Country manager and in direct connection with the financial group team, you will be the accountant of the Company dealing internally with all your colleagues to supervise the Accountant Department and you will be responsible to connect and represent the company for the banks and the auditors as well.
You are in charge of the general accounting of the Company and the preparation of the monthly group reporting.
You are responsible for :
• The bookkeeping of all supplier and customers invoices
• The issuance on time of all payments to suppliers
• The accounting of customer payments and the follow up of cash collection
• The preparation of the wages and the payment of salaries
• The accounting of month and year end postings in relation with the cut off
• The preparation of the monthly group reporting
• The follow up of cash and treasury planification
You will also be in charge of new finance projects such as implementing a new ERP system to improve flows, structure and make financial data more reliable.
Profile required :
You have an accounting education and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally in an international context.
You developed an experience in evaluating accounting and internal control methods and financial reports.
You have a "hands on" mentality with the ability to work in an international environment and communication skills with Group and locally.
You are recognized by your ability to solve financial issues by making consistent recommendations based on your knowledge and experience in finance.
Your adapting skills, your sense of analysis and synthesis are recognized. You are proactive, you are appreciated for your communication skills, you show anticipation on operational topics.
Because of the international context of the Group, a fluent level of English is required.
We are looking for a permanent full-time position.
You must be sensitive to CSR issues.
