What you´ll do
* Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for sustainability
* Identify, evaluate, and define innovative technologies that enhance sustainability across Henkel's digital platforms
* Collaborate with relevant teams to define and execute the sustainability architecture strategy, aligning it with Henkel's overall business objectives and digital transformation goals
* Work with various departments in business units and functions to integrate sustainability principles into the design and deployment of digital solutions
* Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with relevant environmental regulations and sustainability standards, including conformity to dx platform standards and guidance
* Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in sustainable technologies and digital solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies
What makes you a good fit
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Science, or a related field
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on sustainability and/or data driven IT architecture
* Proficient in architectural frameworks, cloud computing, and sustainable technologies as well as experience in building data driven IT architecture
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address complex sustainability challenges within digital environments
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
