As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service.
1. Be the primary point of contact for customers: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
2. Manage customer requests: Oversee the entire lifecycle of customer requests, from initiation to delivery of parts and services, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment.
3. Ensure data quality and system accuracy: Maintain accurate records in IT systems, resolve timestamp issues, and facilitate the timely receipt of unserviceable parts.
4. Collaborate internally: Work closely with Supply Chain Managers and other teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.

5. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent apprenticeship with relevant work experience.
6. 3 years of office work experience in the logistics or customer service industry.
7. Fluent in English, with proficiency in either French or German.
8. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and intercultural competence.
9. Solution-oriented, proactive, and a can-do attitude.
10. Valid work permit for Germany.
