Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support the creation and delivery of “best in class” Global and Equity Compensation programs, supporting the delivery of the adidas business and people strategies and in alignment with corporate governance principles.
Actively contribute to the end-to-end process design and delivery for assigned annual compensation processes (Salary, STI & LTI), working closely with Rewards Partners and Global Business Services (GBS). Manage the planning of compensation review cycles, STI and LTI award and payout cycles, the process operations, and relevant preparation and communication towards business stakeholders.
Lead day-to-day Success Factors (SF) compensation operations and compensation data extractions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for compensation.
Strong focus in using data and analytics to provide the best Employee Experience, ensure external competitiveness and internal equity of within adidas compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and/or support activities relating to the delivery of annual Compensation processes, which may include but is not limited to: STI, LTI and the salary review, acting as the SME within HR Rewards
* Closely collaborate with the local Rewards teams and GBS to successfully manage the compensation processes through SF and other applicable provider tools.
* Lead and/or support global/local project/process workstreams in the delivery of these projects/processes.
* Work to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for Global Compensation through the development and digital tracking and reporting of KPIs
* Support fair-pay practices across adidas, in line with best Corporate Governance practices
* Support the design and delivery of communication material & change management related to global compensation programs.
* Apply storytelling techniques to facilitate effective change management and achieve alignment and buy-in, at all levels of the organization.
* Run the global compensation benchmarking processes, coordinate with the local Rewards teams, and data providers.
* Manage the transition of compensation processes to SuccessFactors, and hold a continued focus on creating enhancements in the process and ensuring clearly defined roles and responsibilities, for successful process delivery.
* Hold memberships in global/local project/process workstreams in the delivery of these projects/processes.
* Assist in monitoring the effectiveness and ongoing development these programs
* Advise and provide guidance on operational compensation activities, benchmarking, and compensation transparency
* Remain abreast of existing and future trends and implications on compensation and rewards programs.
* Support the identification and delivery of digital Reward solutions
* Support the management of relationships to and contractual relationships with external vendors relevant to the role

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree or adequate education with emphasis on business, finance or HR Rewards
* A minimum of 5+ years experience required working in HR Rewards, ideally with a focus on Global Compensation
* Proven executive management influencing skills
* Experience leading projects and/or teams (direct or indirect)
* 7+ years of overall work experience within HR
* Experience working in an international matrix organization
* High level of affinity to and experience with digital Reward solutions
