Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions, focusing on Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Personnel Administration (PA) to meet the specific needs of the textile industry.
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and align SAP HCM functionalities with HR processes.
* Customize and optimize SAP HCM modules to enhance HR efficiency, ensure compliance, and support evolving business needs.
* Provide ongoing support to HR users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM systems.
* Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that HR personnel are effectively utilizing SAP HCM functionalities.
* Learn and support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors, expanding expertise into cloud-based HR solutions.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP HCM module and implement solutions to drive HR operational performance.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
* Work with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions across the organization.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM modules, particularly in Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Personnel Administration (PA).
* In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll management, time management, and personnel administration.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate HR requirements into effective SAP solutions.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders and IT teams.
* Germany Fluency.
