This role focuses on driving architectural decisions, particularly in Manufacturing and IoT Technologies, to deliver measurable value and align with STADA’s strategic objectives. What you can expect: Lead the design, development, and integration of IoT Solutions, including device connectivity, data acquisition, edge computing, and cloud-based IoT Platforms. Provide guidance and direction for business architecture initiatives, focusing on Manufacturing and IoT Technologies. Collaborate with Business and IT groups to design solutions based on IoT-generated data for advanced analytics, visualization, and actionable insights. Apply and adapt business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and standards to the IoT and Manufacturing domains. Establish a consistent approach for creating, documenting, and maintaining business architecture artifacts. Participate in business architecture governance processes to review and approve decisions, standards, and solutions. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among business and IT stakeholders. Support the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of Enterprise Architecture. Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of relevant experience (min 7-10 years). Proven track record of leading and managing complex enterprise architecture projects and initiatives. Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, practices, and industry frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) as well as IoT development frameworks, platforms, and languages (e.g., MQTT). Expertise in IoT and manufacturing domains, including smart devices, sensors, data analytics, cloud computing, automation, and Industry 4.0 principles. Ability to assess business needs and opportunities and translate them into enterprise architecture solutions. Solid understanding of IoT architecture, protocols, standards, and best practices with hands-on experience in developing end-to-end solutions. Proven experience in driving initiatives using an outcome-based approach, with a track record of delivering quantifiable business value. You are fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a plus.
