Working Student Healthcare Venture Capital (m/f/d)
Who We Are
We are an emerging early-stage venture capital fund backed by Bertelsmann Investments, investing in B2B healthcare software from Pre-Seed to Series B across the US, Europe, and Israel. Since launching two years ago (still in stealth mode), we have built a portfolio of 15+ amazing companies and are investing alongside top-tier VCs (e.g., Doccla & Phare Health both with General Catalyst).
We are backed by Bertelsmann Investments (BI), which is a global investment platform and part of the internationally renowned media, services and education company Bertelsmann. The goal of BI is to empower entrepreneurs and driving best-in-class returns worldwide. With decades of experience in venture capital and several billion euros in assets under management, BI partners with leading entrepreneurs and venture funds across various stages and sectors. To date, BI has invested in over 400 innovative companies and has played a pivotal role in the creation of more than 20 unicorns.
Furthermore, BI is home to our own incubation efforts and buy-and-build strategies including the growth program Bertelsmann Next, which builds leading businesses with the ambition to reach nine-to-ten-digit revenues for Bertelsmann, currently in verticals such as digital health, pharma tech, HR tech and mobile ad tech – both organically and through acquisitions.
