A typical day/week looks like: Accountability Develop and deliver strategic plans against financial targets Relationship Serve as CFOP primary point of contact within designated marketplace Integration Serve as a liaison and advocate for our account partners to our internal teams Pre season Create assortment and sell in strategy, develop financial forecast for total portfolio, execute partner engagement meetings In season Pursue in season at once orders, track sales trends, provide marketplace insights, and ensure MAP compliance Operational Ensure orders are entered fully and on time, develop solutions for late or canceled orders Marketing Help facilitate any additional brand marketing events with specific product launches Product Sle management, showroom set up and takedown seasonally. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH In this role, you will be part of the AGS Partner Key Sports team, reporting directly to the AGS Key Sports Partner Director. To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate with various business teams, as well as cross functional stakeholders such as NMP Commercial and Supporting Teams, mainly Sales & Merch. WHAT YOU ING Proven and relevant business partnership experience in a retail or wholesale environment. Account Management & commercial experience, acquired in Sales, Buying, Merchandising, or Finance, etc. Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis.
