We are looking for a Staff Scientist Position in Computational Biophysics (m/f/d) (Ref 04/2025) Job Description We are looking for a staff scientist with expertise in computational biophysics. The aim of the project is to use AI-based computational modeling and proteome-wide mass spectrometry data to build functional biological systems. The application should know well the structure of mass spectrometry data, including quantitative proteomics and cross-linking mass spectrometry, have extensive knowledge on biophysics and structural biology, and able to integrative building blocks to signaling pathways, and modular cellular systems. The position is limited for an initial period of two years with the possibility of extension. Qualification We seek highly motivated, ambitious, and talented scientists to join an enthusiastic and collaborative team in an outstanding scientific environment to perform research. The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in a relevant area (e.g. computer scientist and biophysics) and have a strong track record of accomplishment.
