Furthermore you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. On-site presence is required. Your Mission: You will: be part of our European Product Planning Team, supporting us in the most interesting decade of automotive history, and acting as a voice of the customer. help us with research on automotive trends, studies on customer behavior, allowing us to pin-point our products towards the needs of future customers. be identifying risks & opportunities of future models and support us to drive the implementation in close collaboration with our global headquarter in South Korea. Tasks: Competitor benchmarking on Pricing, Product positioning, Level of specifications, Tech features etc. You will get access to Kia's full tool-box when it comes to data, from customer insight surveys to forecast databases from major research companies. Performance analysis (Sales results, Future outlooks, etc.) and identification of growth opportunities and incoming threats. Construction of data dashboards and presentation to easily visualize complex data sets, and presentations to Team Management. Contribution to brainstorming discussions on new feature application, market potential, and support on negotiations with Global HQ and regional offices, through data analysis. Support in the set up of test drives for the team, both for Kia models and key incoming competitors. Your Talents: Bachelor`s or Master`s student in a Business, Marketing or (Industrial) Engineering related field. Existing experience (previous internships, university projects) within the automotive world, in consulting, or start-ups is appreciated. A strong passion for automobiles and emerging technologies—coupled with the ability to empathize with our customers' perspectives—is what we seek in an ideal candidate. Ability to work well with others and build relationships across teams. Good verbal and written English communication skills (other European language knowledge are an advantage, particularly German). A valid driving license for Germany is required, as you will occasionally be asked to join test drives and give your feedback, and to help us organize them and manage the logistics.
