About the Role: As the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining the company’s supply chain operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing planning accuracy, and ensuring the seamless flow of materials and information across the organization. Leading a dedicated team, you will implement best practices, improve efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
2. Identify growth opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and efficiency improvements across global operations.
3. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
4. Leverage data analytics and advanced tools to drive continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
5. Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
6. Provide strategic direction and professional development opportunities to elevate team capabilities.
7. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain initiatives into corporate strategy.
8. Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. At least eight years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
3. Strong expertise in E2E Supply Chain.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to drive transformation and implement best practices in supply chain operations.
