What you’ll do & Who you are Region: NRW, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager (d/f/m) Leasing to further develop our leasing sales activities in the Western region of Germany. Position Overview: As a Key Account Manager Leasing, you will focus on developing sustainable relationships with Germany’s largest dealer groups. Your primary objective will be to drive leasing-specific upselling and cross-selling, growing our influence and market share. You will serve as the voice of the leasing customer, relaying their needs and insights to our internal teams to enhance our offerings. This role reports to the Regional Manager West. What you'll do: Inspire large dealer groups with a consultative approach to our leasing solutions, positioning our product range as an optimal fit for their leasing needs. Be a strategic partner for major dealer groups in leasing, nurturing long-term account relationships. Establish a sustainable network up to C-level within the leasing sector to achieve medium- and long-term leasing goals. Analyze important leasing performance metrics and develop relevant strategies to ensure sales and corporate leasing goals are met. Monitor leasing market trends and developments, identifying new customer potentials and promising growth opportunities. Translate customer needs and leasing market demands into product recommendations for future development. Who you are: 4 years of experience in car sales or key account sales with a customer-focused approach. Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert leasing data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluent or native in German with a good level of English. A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, thriving in Sales environments. A passion for delivering outstanding leasing-focused client experiences. Willingness to travel across Germany and especially regional availability in the Western region (NRW, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse).
