The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing HR support and guidance to various departments in Sales, Service & Enablement & Back Office functions ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
This position reports to the Sr. HR Director Europe, Joanna Skurka and is part of the HR Department in DACH located in Germany and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Manage employee relations issues, providing advice and support to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
* Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
* Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing HR solutions that support those goals.
* Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
* Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* University degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, possibly in a matrix environment.
* Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law.
* Proficiency in IT skills, including AI, HRIS, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
* Fluent German, fluent English.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Knowledge of Austrian and Swiss labor law.
* Experience in working with multi-country teams.
