Your Responsibilities
* You will support in-house consulting in the context of the formation process of subsidiaries.
* Among other things, you will be involved in in-house consulting regarding M&A activities (e.g. accompanying a due diligence review).
* You will also be responsible for supporting internal restructurings.
* You will support the fulfillment of tax documentation obligations (e.g. transfer price documentation), as well as the processing of tax and business management issues.
* You will be involved in operational projects to cover tax implications, including project management of tax-driven projects.
Your Talents
* Degree in economics/business administration or law (ideally with a focus on tax) or commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, tax clerk, etc.) with additional qualification as an accountant or tax specialist.
* At least 3, preferably 5 years of professional experience in the finance department or project management of an industrial company or in a tax consultancy/auditing firm.
* Strong communication skills and team spirit.
* Independent, efficient and structured way of working.
* Commitment, resilience and a high degree of initiative.
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
