Your tasks
11. You convince doctors of the value and benefits of JNJ products in neuroscience and services for their patients through your scientific and communicative competence using all available communication channels
12. You carry out independent and regular market and potential analyses for the purpose of deriving and implementing targeted regional sales strategies
13. You identify opportunities in the market and further develop network structures in the region
14. You identify and prioritize needs and gaps in care on the part of practitioners and patients along the course of therapy and develop strategy and action plans as part of stakeholder management
15. You monitor the market closely and proactively prepare reports on market-relevant competition and health policy information - You organize information events
Your profile
16. Completed Degree in a natural science pharmacy, medicine or business administration / health economics, desirable as well as Recognition as a pharmaceutical consultant in accordance with § 75 para. 3
17. Experience in pharmaceutical sales are an advantage, ideally in the field of Neuroscience / Psychiatry
18. In-depth knowledge of healthcare policy and the healthcare landscape
19. Pioneering spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity and positive attitude to work with digital management tools
20. High willingness to cooperate and excellent teamwork skills
21. Very good communication and rhetorical skills
22. Deep customer orientation and very strong networking skills
23. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
24. Driving license class B, residence in the sales area an advantage.
