Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student specializing in finance or economics to join our team as a Project Administrator on a temporary basis. This role will support the Project Managers in efficiently and timely handling of project financial setup, project financial updates, invoicing and project financial closing with a focus on minimizing WIP days to maximize cash flow in the business - always in line with the customer contract. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the financial set-up of projects, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place. Update project financials regularly, including tracking expenses, revenues, and budgets. Prepare and process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. Support the financial closing of projects, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and financial management. Monitor and report on project financial status, providing insights and recommendations to minimize commercial risks and maximize revenue and cash flow. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to details. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a finance-related role or internship is a plus. Duration: Temporary position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
