Intralogistics Sales Manager
Location: Germany
Are you an experienced Sales Manager with 5-10 years in automated intralogistics sales? We're looking for a professional to develop opportunities, guide prospects through the buying cycle, and drive order intake.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop leads and close deals for intralogistics solutions.
* Achieve commercial targets focusing on profitability, revenue, and product mix.
* Manage the full sales process—from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and handover.
* Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
* Collaborate globally, share insights, and support regional marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience in automated intralogistics (e.g., cranes, AS/RS, AGVs, AMRs, conveyors) OR related products.
* Based in Germany OR the Netherlands.
* Autonomous, hands-on, and results-driven approach.
Work Mode: Fully remote.
Compensation: Base salary + bonus, negotiable.
