Your role As our CRM Manager International you will be part of an experienced team, managing our international CRM processes, creating sustainable relationships with clients and overlooking our key KPIs with a strong focus on our new international markets. You will play a major role in internationalization and assist in roll-outs (automation strategy implementation that supports and leverages user acquisition, user activation, and retention) You will take over (end-to-end) the conception, planning, implementation, and optimization of targeted, personalized, and automated email campaigns for international markets You will identify opportunities for customer retention within CRM channels, proposing innovative solutions aligned with business objectives You will generate valuable and actionable insights through a well-prepared testing framework that helps to constantly monitor performance and optimize key CRM KPIs You will help to identify proper segmentation that contributes to an increase in relevant communication on any level and constantly scales revenues You will help to conceptualize and plan new campaigns based on the company’s strategic goals and implement them together with the guidance of our CRM, Editorial, and Product Planning teams You will also optimize the execution of international CRM campaign strategies that align with Germany's role model and fit the respective market needs You will provide consistent A/B testing and performance insights to key stakeholders, proactively responding to performance trends and ensuring alignment with objectives Your profile You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from an accredited university or college You have proven working experience as a CRM Manager, Digital Marketer, Project Manager, or E-Commerce Manager in the e-commerce sector You have 3 years of work experience in planning and executing CRM email campaigns, including tracking and optimization You have worked in an international setup and scaled international markets within e-commerce and CRM (this is a plus) You have strong knowledge of and experience with Google Analytics and Excel (knowledge of Tableau and Data Studio is a plus) You have experience with ESPs (e.g., Exponea, Bloomreach, Emarsys; this is a strong plus) You have the ability to analyze, model, and interpret data and derive data-driven measures You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy You are a fast-thinking team player with a solution-oriented mindset You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
