IT services at the DRV Bund are currently provided by four IT departments and are subject to constant technological progress due to modernization projects, legislative changes and ongoing digitalization. The IT Office serves as an overarching strategic umbrella for the four IT departments of the DRV Bund and is responsible for a holistic overview of the IT landscape and IT projects. This involves close cooperation with the areas of corporate security and digitalization strategy. The IT Office also acts as a central point of contact for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Board of Directors and advises on the assigned topics. Your tasks Due to the coordinating cooperation with the IT departments of the DRV Bund and the direct proximity to the CIO or Board of Directors, the tasks in the IT Office are subject to a high external impact and a special position of trust. As Coordinator of Enterprise Architecture Management, you will be responsible for the following tasks in particular: You are the central point of contact for advice on strategic issues relating to the DRV Bund's enterprise architecture. You are responsible for aligning the DRV Bund's enterprise architecture with the principles of efficiency and security as well as the strategic goals of the DRV Bund. From an architectural point of view, you synchronize the tailor-made IT support of all specialist domains and business capabilities of the DRV Bund in close joint coordination with corporate security, the digitization strategy and the four IT departments as well as IT and digital portfolio management in the IT office. You will be responsible for the overarching management and synchronization of the overall architecture - IT architecture plan, development planning, reference and solution architectures - of the four IT departments of the DRV Bund. You define overarching standards, technologies and guidelines as well as enterprise architecture concepts. You ensure that technical requirements (in particular changes to legislation and binding federal requirements) are implemented across the entire IT landscape. You will independently identify technological developments and trends, analyze their usability for the DRV Bund and their compatibility with existing IT systems and plan their possible implementation in the overall IT architecture. You represent the interests of the DRV Bund's enterprise architecture in the association of federal IT service providers (VITD), maintain a regular exchange with external stakeholders (in particular authorities, ministries and other social security institutions) and participate in exchange formats and meetings. They assume responsibility and regularly lead working groups or other suitable exchange formats, both professionally and moderatively. Your profile You have a university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics or a comparable subject. You have several years of professional experience in enterprise architecture (enterprise architectures, reference and solution architectures, software and system architectures or cloud architectures) You have in-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture management frameworks such as TOGAF, agile process models such as SAFe and comprehensive development and operational processes, in particular DevOps / DevSecOps.
