As an addition to our team we are looking for a Finance Manager who acts as Lean Admininstration Lead (m/f/d). Activities You will work with the management on the following topics: 1. Legal Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts with partners, service providers, and clients. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal regulations and providing support on legal matters. 2. HR Personnel Management: Managing operational HR tasks, including onboarding, contract preparation, and employee support. Recruitment: Assisting in sourcing, selecting, and integrating new talent. Employer Branding: Developing and maintaining an attractive company culture to enhance employer branding. 3. Finance Accounting: Collaborating with external tax advisors and supporting the preparation of annual financial statements. Budgeting: Preparing and monitoring budget plans to ensure financial goals are met. Controlling: Establishing and maintaining an effective reporting system for internal and external stakeholders. 4. Project Management Special Projects: Taking ownership of cross-functional special projects that support company objectives. Requirements To succeed in this role, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who brings a unique blend of skills, experience, and mindset. Below are the key qualifications and attributes we expect: Professional Expertise Education: A degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, HR, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, with expertise in at least two of the following areas: legal, HR, finance, or project management. Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Soft Skills Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges, with a focus on creating efficient processes. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus. Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and foster strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. Mindset Growth-Oriented: A mindset focused on continuous improvement and personal development. Ownership: High sense of responsibility and accountability for driving results. Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Technical Requirements Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern project management or CRM systems. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and financial reporting tools is a strong advantage.
