About the Role

KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Grid Solutions Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As the Reference Project Line (RPL) Owner for FACTS Solution (w/m/d) within the Control & Protection Platform development team, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the C&P Versions. You will also manage the RPL budget planning and allocation process, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee development control in terms of time, budget, and quality.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Coordinate activities and facilitate communication across various project teams and the C&P Platform development teams.
2. Define and refine the scope and release backlog for the Reference Project Line within the framework of C&P Platform Development.
3. Manage the team’s activities to ensure efficient collaboration and productivity.
4. Keep the backlog updated and aligned with project priorities and goals.
5. Establish clear and effective communication with customers and their respective projects to meet their requirements and expectations.
6. Identify stakeholders who could impact or be impacted by the project (R&D and customer), analyze their expectations and impact on the project, and apply appropriate management strategies for engaging them in project decisions and execution.
7. Conduct regular interactions with the stakeholder community.
8. Perform recurring retrospectives and lessons learned to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and improve team competencies.
What You Bring
9. A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field, with extensive professional experience in solution development projects.
10. Practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, etc.).
11. Knowledge and experience with FACTS and HVDC Solutions.
12. Experience within Software, Hardware, or Solution Development in an Agile environment is desirable.
13. Analytical skills, initiative, communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively as a team leader.
14. Fluent in English and German.
