Credit risk assessment of external customers ensuring adequate financial worthiness.Ensure timely & accurate submission of all monthly financial reports to IP HQ as well as ad hoc reports required by the BU CFO of EMEAI region.Furnish timely and accurate forecast information – orders, sales, OI, OCF, Accounts Receivable, Inventory (Key result: All variances from forecast can be adequately explained)Coordination of annual budget and strategic plans (Key result: Meeting or exceeding annual budget OI and OCF targets)Contribute to long range systems planning and implementation (Key result: Continued improvement/efficiency in daily procedures and their accuracy)Human Resources responsibilities include the quarterly performance reviews and management of co-worker development through the 70/20/10 VBLD learning process. Actively enabling talent capabilities and supporting further development initiativesSupport achievement and timely and accurate financial reporting for TTI and GDP metrics, critical focus on velocity and “Lean” principlesOversee and drive improvement in working capital performanceSupport site Management on financial planning, and business decisions providing critical assessment of inputs. Lead operations team to meet/exceed forecast of monthly shipments and orders to compile outlooks and monitor capital expenditures. Provide financial evaluation and recommendations on investment proposals. Evaluate and prioritize productivity proposals for management follow-upMaintain strong financial internal controls ensuring that appropriate systems and procedures are in place which provide for the necessary controls and safeguarding of assets and the efficient execution of financial activities, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, accounting standards and reporting requirements Coordinate/facilitate internal and external audits (incl SOA & FCPA)EDUCATION:Requires Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA and/or MBA preferred EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of financial management experience, with both financial and general accounting background in a manufacturing environment, minimum 5 years of supervisory experience Experience with US GAAP and SOX is required, ideally experience in working in a US-company SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:Excellent knowledge of the English languageStrong work ethicKnowledge of financial reporting, financial planning and strong understanding of manufacturing processesExcellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, strong team playerExcellent computer literacy in MS office, profound knowledge of Excel OneStream, Hyperion, Essbase, LucaNet Effective organizational & analytical skillsResistance to pressure & capable of meeting strict deadlinesCoaching & Counseling skills, presentation skillsInterpersonal astuteness
