Realise your talent Job Description OCCASIONS Occasion Marketing is a core cross-functional area at Red Bull, engaging with internal and external stakeholders on projects and campaigns that enhance Red Bull's everyday relevance. As a Graduate in this team, you'll develop global occasions campaigns and support ongoing market activities while providing strategic frameworks, guidelines and global best practices enabling efficient management and amplification of occasion campaigns globally. Your role includes global creative development, coordinating limited edition packaging, managing knowledge & best practices, and market coordination. This position offers a comprehensive introduction to Occasions Marketing, preparing you to transition seamlessly into a specialized role within the team after completing the program, while contributing to the dynamic and innovative nature of Red Bull’s marketing efforts. PRODUCT INITIATIVES & PORTFOLIO In your role as a Global Initiatives Trainee, you will support the Global Brand Marketing team in driving business through implementation of the ideal portfolio in all markets. You’ll support new Red Bull launches across the globe from start to end as well as other Red Bull portfolio topics for selected markets. You’ll work in close collaboration with Operations & Legal as well as external agencies on new can design, new product launches and packshots. Furthermore, you will support on label creation and become an expert in usage of several technical project management platforms DTC & CONSUMER AFFAIRS In this team, you will provide support in shaping our DTC strategy and operations behind building a direct relationship with our consumers, by leveraging our various DTC channels (Eg.: Email, instant messaging channels, etc.) By collaborating with various local markets and global cross functional HQ departments, you will ensure the delivery of on-brand, highly engaging and best in class digital consumer experiences. Your responsibilities will include supporting and consulting Red Bull markets on setting up their local and global DTC communication strategy for both marketing activations, as well as for sports and culture events, setting up DTC promotional campaign pilot campaigns, managing consumer inquiries, and finally, staying on top of the industry trends and innovation in this fast-paced environment. ADVERTISING CREATIVE AND CORPORATE IDENTITY Our Advertising Creative and Corporate Identity team focuses on product campaigns and synergies with cartoon campaigns. You will work closely with advertising media, exploring new creative solutions for different media channels, partners, and trends. Your responsibilities include supporting the launch of new product campaigns, acting as the main contact for market adaptations, and assisting the Creative team with internal communication and agency coordination. You will innovate product campaigns to reflect Gen Z trends, ensure bold branding across all marketing channels, and collaborate with the Media Network to maximize campaign extensions on earned, owned and managed media. Additionally, you will liaise with senior brand managers and maintain seamless workflows with internal tools. ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS As part of the Global Marketing Analytics & Insights team, you’ll play a role in the analytical, modelling & insight generating capabilities leveraging our international marketing & sales data (i.e. range, pricing, promotions, paid advertising, earned/managed/owned media, or consumer data) playing a vital part in shaping the brands future. You will work in Marketing Data Science with a focus on statistical marketing mix modelling, or in Marketing Analytics, drawing insights from the vast sales and consumer data available. CONSUMER INSIGHTS RESEARCH The Consumer Insights Research team leads global market research activities, playing a pivotal role in shaping the Global Brand Marketing strategy. In this role, you'll leverage your programming expertise to design and implement data pipelines, automate reporting processes, and create interactive dashboards. You'll also apply BI tools to analyze and visualize data, enabling stakeholders across various countries and HQ departments to access actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize data sources, providing clear and comprehensive visual summaries of existing research. Additionally, you will act as a business partner for global projects, utilizing advanced analytics and programming skills to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. CONSUMER ACTIVATION In this role, you'll collaborate with digital agencies and support global and local teams in creating engaging consumer activations and creative assets. You will assist in planning and tracking campaigns, developing new engagement assets with a focus on motorsports, and managing cross-functional projects. Additionally, you'll ensure our platforms, presentations, and webinars are up-to-date, and provide ad hoc support for internal presentations and activities. This position offers a comprehensive introduction to Consumer Activation, preparing you for a dynamic career in marketing. FIELD MARKETING As a Graduate in the Global Field Marketing team at Red Bull, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategies to build the local face of our global brand. Your work will focus on supporting regionalization and innovation across our 20 biggest markets, with opportunities to travel. Initiatives will involve crafting Red Bull sports and culture events that celebrate hyper-local traditions, iconic landmarks and playgrounds. You'll also contribute to the development & execution of strategies that strengthen local relevance, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. This role offers a diverse experience in marketing, stakeholder engagement, and market coaching. EVENT MANAGEMENT As a Graduate in the Global Student Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in some of Red Bull's largest participatory events, such as ‘Red Bull Can You Make It?’ and ‘Red Bull Basement’ in the past, each engaging millions of young consumers across 60 markets. You'll work closely with HQ counterparts and local teams to bring these unforgettable experiences to life, culminating in epic world finals in iconic locations like Dubai and Mexico. Your responsibilities will include shaping the overall concept and strategy, aligning on key tactics, and developing guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all regions. From planning to delivery, you'll provide continuous support to local markets. Success in this role requires exceptional project management and communication skills. BUSINESS PLANNING Join our team driving Red Bull's Global Business Planning process through our innovative Business Planning Tool. This Brand Marketing role bridges business strategy and technical solutions, empowering local teams to adapt global strategies using cutting-edge tools. You’ll collaborate with HQ and IT teams to define requirements, manage updates, and provide training and support. With responsibilities including project management, change management, and information optimization, this role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment. Strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and comfort with systems are key to success. Qualifications You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2025. You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion. You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges. Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria.
