Your Job [#1905744]
* You are part of our international account leadership team and provide a perspective from the Ops unit which you lead
* In your daily work, you have two teams (located in different cities in Germany + London) which you are leading – one focusing on ensuring that the account has all accesses, tools and templates needed and the other one working in client teams on the same account which are focusing on everything that happens after a media plan approval
* Within these two teams you can show your different skill sets/strength perfectly by coordinating new projects, giving guidance when blockers appear, preparing new processes/optimizing existing ones, developing new ideas on account structures and used tools, developing used tools and supporting the growth of our team members
About You
* You have experience with international accounts and an understanding of cultural differences within and across markets
* Your experience in working in a media agency counts 5+ years
* You have more than 3 years’ experience in leading teams, especially those who are split across multiple cities/countries
* Fluency in Business English is necessary; knowledge of German or an additional language is also advantageous
* You have a good understanding in data structures and processing. Coding skills in excel are a plus.
* While having a good understanding of data, your strength also lies in setting up new processes and optimizing existing ones for the whole account.
* You can easily create presentations and give people with different skill sets guidance in new processes
* You have an absolute strength in problem solving and finding good solutions which benefits the whole account – aligning with different teams is always included
* You are an excellent coordinator and manager being able to guide teams and individuals
