As a Complaints Management Specialist in our Banking Operations department, you will help us effectively resolve customer complaints and create an exceptional customer experience. Job responsibilities Receive and process complaints from customers and regulatory authorities in Germany Develop solutions to complex customer inquiries independently and in close cooperation with internal departments. Create a unique customer experience that is fair, consistent and transparent and ensure exceptional service at all times, both through direct conversation and written correspondence Act as a specialist in complaint processing Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience in complaint management at a financial institution in the German-speaking market. Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable education Fluent written and spoken German and conversational level of English Excellent written and spoken communication skills Knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements Ability to make our customers feel valued and heard while solving their problems.
