The Consumer Goods Business Unit is looking for an International Customers, NRM & Pricing Director to lead a team of subject matter experts as part of the Commercial Excellence leadership team. This Global role will play a key part in continuing to establish Essity as an industry leader in the strategic and innovative net revenue management and pricing strategy for Consumer Goods.
About the Role
The International Customers, NRM & Pricing Director will lead the Consumer Goods NRM and pricing strategy, securing its implementation, as well as setting direction internally for the building and executing of the customer strategy for selected international customers, together with International Account Managers and Commercial Directors.
The role will have the overall responsibility to set strategic direction and ensure a best-in-class NRM & international pricing plan across the whole business unit.

What You Will Do
1. Leading Consumer Goods Strategic Pricing, including enabling the right level of transparency across Business Units, Countries and Regions.
2. Leading international pricing risk mitigation and opportunity assessment plans for Consumer Goods, aligning with all relevant stakeholders.
3. Enabling the cross-country and cross-Business unit pricing variation opportunities.
4. Leading an innovation pricing process for Consumer Goods, maximizing the value creation when it comes to price guidance across the business units, functions and geographies.
5. Driving the Consumer Goods international pricing on winning channels (E-commerce and Discounters).
6. Taking overall responsibility for the execution of our NRM roadmap in CG EMEA. Setting the strategic direction for the long-term development and evolution of our NRM ambitions based on industry best practice and new tools & technologies.
7. Building the international customer strategy for Consumer Goods in collaboration with International Account Managers and Commercial Directors for them to execute in market. This includes developing mid-long term customer strategy, negotiation roadmaps, cross-regional alignment, exposure mitigation plans and opportunities capturing.
8. Driving the cross-country and cross-business units stakeholder alignment for the selected international customers.
9. Building up competences on Pricing and International Customers across regions, functions and business units.
Who You Are
You possess a university degree in a relevant field.
At least 10 years of professional experience in Net Revenue Management & International Pricing Management in a complex matrix organization with international exposure (international pricing convergence program, innovation pricing processes and projects). Background in sales is an advantage.
You are a master in P&L gross-to-net composition and dynamics.
You understand different route-to-market structures for key European markets.
Experience in managing international customers & alliances across countries is a pre-requisite (including the European negotiation preparation and scenarios evaluation).
An expert in the principles of NRM and experience in building and executing NRM strategies in diverse international markets.
Strong business acumen and customer understanding/insight.
Strong communication and influencing skills, enabling you to deal with multiple senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Innovative thinker with a progressive approach to moving an organization forward.
Ability to learn quickly; maneuver in complex processes and tools, and identify potential improvements.
You are strong in your deliveries and enjoy working in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
The position can be based at the main Essity Consumer Goods offices in Europe.
