Created small web applications and user interfaces for databases, as well as integrated APIs and interfaces for system integration. Automation of business processes using Low-/No-Code technologies and scripts (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell). Evaluation and testing of software solutions for specific business requirements, as well as support in selecting and implementing suitable tools. Creation of concepts and business cases for IT projects as a foundation for tenders and procurements. Requirements Profile: Experience in working with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Forms) and other Office 365 applications. IT security and infrastructure Project Manager Location : Near Karlsruhe (Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen) Duration: From 3rd March 2025 to 28th February 2029 Working Hours : From 06:00 to 20:00 (Flexible working hours) Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours (Full-time) Job description: Leading and coordinating IT projects, particularly in the areas of IT security and infrastructure. Migration and integration of Microsoft 365, as well as optimisation of existing systems in a hybrid IT environment. Creation and monitoring of project plans, business cases, and performance specifications. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate IT project teams. Technical implementation and deployment of IT solutions, with responsibility for process documentation. Support in the planning and initiation of projects in the areas of IT infrastructure and security. Ad-hoc support for smaller IT issues and requests outside the scope of ongoing projects. Requirements profile: Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in IT project management, with a clear focus on IT security and infrastructure. Practical experience in the migration and implementation of Microsoft 365, as well as the optimisation of hybrid IT environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to independently and goal-orientedly lead complex IT projects. Structured approach to work and a high capacity for problem-solving. Willingness to undergo a reliability check in accordance with Section 12b of the Atomic Energy Act (AtG).
