Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team within the manufacturing department to achieve production goals while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Foster a positive team environment by motivating team members and encouraging collaboration.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
* Monitor production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
* Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile:
* Completed technical or vocational training, with additional qualifications in management or leadership preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with production management software.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
* High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
* Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
* A team-oriented individual with a strong commitment to achieving results and continuous improvement.
