Your Responsibilities: Gather and analyze customer feedback, preferences, and behaviors through various channels (surveys, focus groups, data analytics). Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations that inform product development, marketing strategies, and go-to-market approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are embedded in every stage of product development and delivery. Lead the exploration and evaluation of new technologies, business models, and industry trends that could enhance the flexibility services platform. Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and other key players in the energy and flexibility markets. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects related to innovation and customer insights. Prepare and present project updates to senior management, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes. Facilitate collaboration between different regional teams to share best practices, drive consistency, and leverage successful innovations across markets. Ensure that regional insights and innovations are integrated into the global product strategy. Your Qualifications: Proven Experience: 5 years of experience in innovation management, customer insights, or product management, ideally within the energy, technology, or related sectors. Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Innovation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in driving innovation initiatives, with a solid understanding of emerging technologies and business models. Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to translate insights into products and services that meet customer needs. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering projects that align with strategic goals. Partnership Management: Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business value. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in german and english, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to navigate and respect different cultural contexts. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in innovation management or project management is a plus.
