Your tasks
10. Technical and disciplinary management of the division
11. Advising and supporting specialists and managers in all HR-related issues, in particular in matters of labor law and social security law
12. Preparation of HR statistics and analyses as well as regular reporting of relevant HR key figures to management
13. Identifying potential for improvement in internal and cross-departmental processes and developing and implementing corresponding optimization measures
14. Recruitment of specialists and managers as well as holistic support of the process from recruitment to departure, including the preparation of necessary contractual documents such as employment contracts and notices of termination
15. Development and implementation of strategies for employee retention and development
16. Constructive cooperation with the works council as well as negotiation and implementation of collective agreements
17. Coordinating cooperation with authorities, offices and the company's legal advisors
18. Performing administrative and organizational tasks
Your profile
19. Completed studies in the field of economics with a focus on personnel management
20. Several years of relevant professional experience in this field
21. Sound and proven knowledge of the applicable legal and tax regulations
22. Experience in constructive cooperation with the works council
23. Confident handling of Microsoft Office
24. User knowledge of DATEV-LODAS and time recording programs an advantage
25. Independent and solution-oriented way of working
26. High social and leadership skills with strong communication and assertiveness skills
27. Business fluent German and good English skills
