Your New Role:
As our new Head of KWS Germany (m/f/d) you will spearhead the development of an innovative seed company and its departments - ie. sales/marketing/product management and customer service.
You will lead this exciting journey of restructuring and change into a customer-driven team. This role is perfect for a visionary leader who thrives in making things happen and wants to leave a lasting impact on a renowned brand.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Work from our HQ in Einbeck or at our Wohlde-based KWS site.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading and inspiring large, diverse teams, bringing out the best in each member and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies, driving the transformation of our sales department to new heights of success
3. Taking the lead in restructuring our sales department, maximizing synergies, and creating a dynamic, high-performing team
4. Promoting new ideas and initiatives to revolutionize our approach to sales, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market
5. Inspiring and empowering your team to embrace change and drive towards our shared vision, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
6. Serving as a passionate ambassador for our iconic brand, representing KWS with pride and enthusiasm
Your Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
7. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (other degrees such as a Master’s degree, an MBA or comparable degrees are an asset)
8. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
9. Experience in leading big, diverse teams and in restructuring or transformation initiatives
10. Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and market dynamics
11. Outstanding organizational skills
12. Excellent communication skills with diverse target groups – ranging from our sales managers to our top management
13. Energetic & result-driven individual with a passion for driving change
14. Proactive solution-seeker and interested in continuous improvement
15. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
16. Excellent command of both German and English; additional language skills are an asset
