Details about the team
Within Cash Management, Implementation & Service (I&S) is responsible for opening and maintaining accounts for corporate clients. The implementation of cash management solutions like Cash Manager, Local and Cross Boarder Pooling as well providing the Service on day-to-day inquiries is the main activity.
The Electronic Banking Support is as well one of the key elements we provide to Corporate clients. The Electronic Banking Support Officer services clients by answering questions via telephone, e-mail or ticket system directly from clients or from front office colleagues and initiate internal activities following from
client requests. Questions and enquiries that are handled concern the technical use of Cash Manager, User Manager, FX4Cash, Cash Inquiry, local products and other electronic cash solutions.
Your key responsibilities
* Accountable end-to-end for client requests taking over full responsibility of received requests for the UK, NORDICS and CH
* Responsible to help clients with the installation, training of Cash Management products and electronic services remotely e.g. via WebEx
* Liaise with internal departments such as Second Level Support, Operations or Product Management to resolve technical client queries
* Maintain accurate and complete records of communications with clients for audit and compliance requirements
* Undertake secondary responsibilities (e.g., in working groups, acting as Knowledge Owner)
Your skills and experience
* Bachelor, apprenticeship in banking or equivalent
* Very good understanding of corporate cash management products
* Strong interpersonal, communication analytical, decisive and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously
* Fluent in English and Dutch written and verbal, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese would be beneficial
