YOUR ROLE As a member of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Finance & Controlling BI team within Henkel dx, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting solutions Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of EPM projects In collaboration with Application owner, develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and stakeholder input Collaborate with EPM Business Application owner, business Key users, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical specifications Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in EPM technologies and financial planning & management reporting practices Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of internal teams Ensure that the EPM system meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability YOUR SKILLS University degree, preferably a major either in Finance, Controlling, Information Technology or similar subjects Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes Experience in a similar role within a large enterprise or consulting firm Excellent project management skills with a minimum 5 years of experience in leading EPM implementations either from business or from IT side Proficiency in SAP BPC 11.1 on BW4/HANA and related tools and technologies would be a plus Being able to guide and influence team members without direct authority, often relying on collaboration and persuasion Excellent communication including cross cultural communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure Dev/Ops, Jira, Trello) Fluent in English; German language skill is a plus At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
