Its latest €100m fundraising round (Series C) was led by Hedosophia and Sapphire Venture, with continued support from existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital. What are your responsibilities: Creating employee documentation including employment certificates, reference letters and visa application submissions Supporting with People Ops with operational day to day topics including employee requests Support HR administrative tasks like documentation and data entry Managing surveys, checking and collecting data ensuring master data in HiBob is correct Coordinating on/off-boarding processes and help improve employee experience Collecting data on incoming requests helping the team centralise work to increase efficiency Project work (we work with quarterly OKR's) What you will bring: A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritise, organise and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a hyper-growth environment Eagerness to deepen your knowledge in People Operations, administration and process optimisation A desire and interest in optimising existing processes to enhance efficiency, helping us build a world-class, automation-first people organisation that runs seamlessly You enjoy collaborating and working together with others You enjoy spending time with your colleagues (we do a lot of team lunches) Interest in the banking and fintech market, curiosity about investing (nice to have) Eligibility to work in Germany Fluency in both English and German (we need this for document creation) Why Upvest?
