Responsibilities:
1. Industrial clerks are employed in all commercial areas and deal, for example, with the booking of business transactions, the preparation of quotations, the calculation of costs and prices as well as working on the computer
2. Core subjects at vocational school include business administration, management and control, overall economics and, of course, e.g. German, English and project skills
3. practical assignments in various business management areas of the Group, e.g. purchasing, scheduling, logistics, sales, marketing, finance and accounting, controlling or human resources
4. Additional training elements include special training, e.g. in presentation techniques and rhetoric, telephone training, dealing with customers and colleagues, IT training, language courses, a team-building event lasting several days and, if your training performance is good or very good, a stay abroad lasting several weeks.
5. Experienced trainers accompany you right from the start and prepare you step by step for your tasks after completion of the training program
Qualifications:
6. Successful completion of secondary school or high school with good grades in German, English and mathematics
7. great interest in business processes and contexts with an international outlook
8. good written and oral communication skills
9. good computer skills (MS-Office)
10. initiative, sense of responsibility, independence, team spirit, creativity, flexibility, willingness to learn and good manners
11. enjoyment of a working environment with an international character
