The Role: Chief Product Officer (CPO) / Commercial Lead (Fractional)
As a fractional co-founder, you will play a key role in shaping the future of TimeRichMe’s product strategy, monetization, and user growth. You will be responsible for testing and iterating on customer acquisition strategies, optimizing retention, and ensuring the product aligns with market needs.
This role is equity-based and ideal for someone with growth, product, or commercial expertise in SaaS, productivity tools, or AI-driven applications who wants to be part of building something transformative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product-Market Fit & Growth Strategy – Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention based on data-driven insights.
2. Go-To-Market Execution – Develop and implement GTM strategies, including pricing, positioning, and distribution.
3. Conversion Optimization – Analyze user behavior and refine activation and monetization strategies.
4. User Research & Customer Insights – Lead customer discovery, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.
5. Business Development & Partnerships – Explore strategic partnerships, B2B/B2C opportunities, and revenue models.
6. Iterate & Scale – Work alongside the founding team to rapidly test, learn, and optimize product direction.
Who You Are:
1. Experienced in Growth & Commercial Strategy – Proven track record in SaaS, AI, or productivity tools.
2. Data-Driven & Experiment-Oriented – Skilled in growth loops, retention metrics, and user funnel analysis.
3. Hands-On & Entrepreneurial – Thrives in an early-stage environment with high autonomy.
4. Passionate About Productivity & AI – Understands the challenges of time management and the potential of AI-driven solutions.
5. Strong Communicator & Business-Minded – Capable of leading strategic discussions and collaborating on execution.
