What you can expect
New customer acquisition: You will focus on outbound telephony based on the company data provided by DKV to acquire new customers in the small customer segment. You will present and sell new products by telephone, consistently applying the sales techniques you have learnt. You will carry out a comprehensive analysis of the vehicle fleet of the companies approached and take over the independent management of the effort after initial contact on the basis of sales potential.
Customer contact: You are responsible for the implementation of customer loyalty measures, the activation of existing customer relationships and the completion of incoming prospect documents. Your area of responsibility also includes making follow-up and welcome calls as well as receiving, forwarding and answering enquiries from interested parties (telephone/mail/chat). You will also be responsible for processing the contacts generated by the system in a closing-orientated manner and implementing the necessary initial contacts without conducting your own preliminary research or pre-selection in the address pool.
Additional tasks: You will be responsible for lead generation within the DKV product range in accordance with the sales strategy and support the sales force in scheduling and lead preparation. You will also take on a mentoring role in the induction of new employees and support the training and coaching of new employees.
What makes you stand out Experience: You have already gained experience in telesales and know how to deal professionally with business customers.
Knowledge: You have good PC skills, especially in MS Office applications.
Soft skills: You have a strong sales mentality and a structured way of working. You are characterised by strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and commitment.
Language: Fluency in German and a cultivated form of expression round off your profile.
