Main mission Within our People & Culture team of six persons (which are divided in three specialities: Talents, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits), you will mainly collaborate with our Compensation & benefits team to ensure our employees'' HR administrative and payroll services. To give you the opportunity to discover our other specialities, you will also be working with our Talents and Learning teams. Main responsibilities In collaboration with your responsible: Assist the Compensation & benefits team in their day to day work such as providing administrative support for all our HR processes relating to time management (all types of leave), individual data, for new arrivals and departures, update personal files, setting up folders, maintaining trackers, HR presentations and documents; Supports your responsible in the preparation of various reports; Assist the Learning team in the administrative learning process such as the welcome day preparation; Assist the Talent team with the preparation of our participation to recruitment forums and organisation of onboarding process; Discover the HR profession in the financial sector. Main requirements Be a student in a masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences ; Looking for a 6 months internship; First internship within a HR department in Luxembourg is considered an asset; First understanding of Luxembourg Labor Law and of Social Security Law is considered an asset; Fluent in French and good command in English (any other language is considered an asset); Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g.: Outlook, Word, Excel); Excellent analytical, confidentiality, organisational, and multitasking skills; Flexibility, curiosity, dynamism, autonomous and rigorous with attention to details. 3, 2, 1 Get ready to go beyond and apply!
